This beautiful poem from Teresa of Avila (1515-1582) reminds us of the need for us to truly be Christ's body. One of the ways we can do that is by volunteering for various ministries here at FPC and in the community. Thank you for helping!
Teams of volunteers prepare and serve dinner on the first Sunday of each month to folks at the Randy Sams' Outreach Shelter. The number of people served has more than doubled in recent years, but thanks to the generous contributions to the Souper Bowl of Caring in 2010, the ministry continues. Around the Coffee Pot
Sunday mornings between Sunday School and worship, volunteers are needed to host Around the Coffee Pot.

Greeters Needed
A simple but vital ministry at FPC is the need each week for Greeters to welcome folks to our worship services. Whether they are long-time members or first-time visitors, helping to make them feel at home is another way of showing Christ's love.
