Maundy Thursday, April 2, 7:00 p.m.
In this service come reflect on Jesus’ Last night with the disciples and his crucifixion. This service is actually a combined Maundy Thursday and Tenebrae Service. Tenebrae is an ancient tradition of reflecting on Christ’s crucifixion through a series of readings and the extinguishing of candles. The Sacrament of Communion will be observed. We have an open table, meaning all who are part of Christ’s family are welcome to take part in the sacrament.
Good Friday, April 3, 7:00 p.m.
This contemplative service will be a time of quiet reflection on the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. This service combines scripture readings, Taize’ music, and periods for silent meditation.
