For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways
Psalm 9:11
In 1999, Beth Morgan, Librarian at PGMS was diagnosed with cancer. In addition to the prayers of support of family and friends, one item that brought her great comfort during her many months of chemotherapy was a lap quilt donated to her by a national organization.
Because of her experience, Beth felt called to help make lap quilts for other cancer patients. "Angel Quilts" was organized by Beth and other interested quilters in 2001.
Since its inception, Angel Quilts has donated more than 200 quilts to cancer patients.
